π« Non-Delivery Restrictions
Due to strict international customs regulations regarding precious metals/gemstones, high-value insurance constraints, or persistent carrier transit disruptions, we cannot fulfill orders or deliver packages to the following locations:

Military Addresses (APO, FPO, DPO boxes).

The following countries: Russia, Ukraine, Brazil, India, South Africa, and all countries within the continents of Africa, Central America, and South America.

Remote island territories where fully insured, trackable end-to-end delivery cannot be guaranteed.
If an order is mistakenly executed with a delivery address located within a non-delivery zone, our compliance team will automatically cancel the transaction and issue a 100% financial refund.
2. Shipping Methods, Rates & Delivery Times
All non-custom jewelry orders undergo a careful quality-checking, polishing, and protective double-boxing window of 1 to 3 business days at our fulfillment center before dispatch.
β οΈ Important Note on Custom Engravings: If your order includes a personalized, custom-engraved, or custom-sized jewelry piece, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for our master artisans to craft your item prior to shipment.

Disclaimer: Estimated delivery times are based on carrier historical averages and do not include the processing or artisan engraving window. Transit times may experience minor extensions during peak holiday shopping seasons, extreme meteorological conditions, or custom clearance bottlenecks.
3. Order Tracking, Security & Customs

Secure Tracking Confirmation: Within 24 hours of your package leaving our fulfillment center, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your unique Tracking Number and a secure direct tracking link will be delivered to your inbox.

Tamper-Evident Packaging: For security reasons, all high-value jewelry pieces are shipped in anonymous, discreet external packaging with tamper-evident seals to discourage theft while in transit.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Crown Crest is not liable for any customs fees, import duties, tariffs, or local taxes applied to your package by your destination country's border control. All administrative fees levied during or after shipping are the sole legal responsibility of the purchasing customer.
4. Liability for Lost or Damaged Shipments
We guarantee that every product leaves our facility securely packaged and factory-sealed. However, liability regarding transit issues is governed by the following clear parameters:
Packages Damaged in Transit

Our Responsibility: If your jewelry boxes arrive crushed, torn, or items are physically broken or loose upon arrival, Crown Crest assumes full financial liability.

Action Required: You must report the damage to support@shopcrowncrest.com within 48 hours of carrier delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and the external shipping box. We will immediately ship a free replacement or process a full refund.
Packages Lost in Transit

Our Responsibility: A shipment is categorized as officially lost if the carrier tracking status ceases updating for more than 15 consecutive business days, or if the carrier formally declares the package non-deliverable. In these instances, Crown Crest assumes full financial liability and will issue a 100% refund or arrange a priority reshipment.

Carrier Release Liability (Stolen/Missing Packages): Crown Crest is not liable for packages that are officially marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrierβs tracking database but are claimed missing or stolen from the customer's doorstep, porch, or mailroom. We strongly encourage customers to monitor their tracking data and provide a secure delivery location where someone is present to receive it.
